Eligibility:
High school seniors and college students Create a video of 60 seconds or less to participate in the VideoSurveillance.com College Scholarship Program. You can create your video using a webcam, a Smartphone camera or a video camera. You video has to address the topic: "How would you use video surveillance to create a better and safer community?" The video must mention “VideoSurveillance.com” twice.

Eligibility:
- You must be currently enrolled in high school (seniors only), college, or graduate school to apply.
- Your video must be 60 seconds or less and should mention VideoSurveillance.com at least twice.
- You cannot be a VideoSurveillance.com employee or be related to any of the company’s employees.
- VideoSurveillance.com will verify enrollment.
- VideoSurveillance.com reserves the right to disqualify any applicants who use inappropriate language or exhibit any behavior which may be construed as offensive.
- The scholarship is limited to United States residents only.
- By submitting a video on youtube, you grant VideoSurveillance.com a nonexclusive unlimited perpetual royalty-free worldwide license in your video.
