The Federal Employee Education & Assistance Fund (FEEA) established a scholarship program for children and grandchildren of federal employees. There are 60 $1,000 awards given each year — six in each NARFE region.

Elgibility:

• NARFE Scholarships are available to the child, grandchild or great-grandchild of any NARFE member in good standing. Stepchildren, step grandchildren and step greatgrandchildren may also apply. NARFE sponsor must be living at the time application is made.
• All applicants must be current high school seniors.
• All applicants must have at least a 3.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) on an unweighted 4.0 scale.
• Home-schooled students are eligible.
