Elementary and high school students The Lincoln Forum Student Scholarships program is offered to elementary and high school students with an interest in Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War. To participate, you must submit a letter demonstrating your interest in Lincoln. Although there is no financial award, three students will selected to attend an annual meeting of the Lincoln Forum held in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
