The Charnon Scholarship is available only to undergraduate students admitted or enrolled into a full-time bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university in the United States.

Recipients must be admitted or enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program of study in an accredited four-year college. They will accept the first 250 application submitted before March 31.
