National Co-op Scholarship Program
Ten colleges that provide cooperative education for their students are participating in the National CO-OP Scholarship . They are offering 195 scholarships ranging up to $30,000 ($6,000 per year up to 5 years).
To be eligible for the scholarship the applicant must apply and be admitted to one of the World Association Advancing Cooperative & Work-Integrated Education (WACE) Partner Institutions listed below.
These are the participating schools: Clarkson University, Drexel University, Johnson & Wales University, Kettering University, Rochester Institute of Technology, State University Of New York Oswego, University of Cincinnati, University Of Massachusetts Lowell, University of Toledo, and Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Please be aware that there is a deadline exception for Clarkson University and Johnson & Wales University.
Recipients will be chosen based on SAT Scores, GPA and a 500 word essay describing why you have chosen to pursue a college cooperative education program.
These merit co-op scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors and community college transfer students.
WACE encourages minority and female students and students interested in science, mathematics, engineering and technology to apply for this scholarship.

Eligibility:
- Have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale.
- Complete all the required admissions applications material and be accepted for the 2012-2013 academic year at one of the partner schools.
