Principal’s Leadership Award
About
the scholarship
The National Association of Secondary School Principals
(NASSP) and Herff Jones, Inc. are sponsors of Principal's Leadership Award,
(PLA). This scholarship gives
principals the opportunity to identify a student leader by nominating the
student for a national scholarship.
Awards
Scholarships will be given to 100 seniors from all 50
states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. The maximum scholarship will be $12,000 and the lowest award will
be $1,000.
Eligibility
12th graders must be nominated by their
principal in order to be eligible. Principals
may nominate one senior to compete.
